Day 72: Bribing Myself

Once upon a time, I really, really wanted to take an expensive class. But I couldn't quite justify the expense, so I made a deal with myself: if I could raise around $10,000 in the next week (enough to cover the class, bills, and some savings) I could do it. And somehow, I pulled it off. It's amazing what a bit of self-bribery can do.

So with my current lack of motivation, I think I need a carrot to go for. A Panamanian Cruise would be pretty great, but perhaps too large of a goal at the moment. Maybe a trip to Great Wolf Lodge? Or a weekend at Disneyland? I think it's time to pull out the big guns and come up with an exciting bribe to get myself going.
