Local Girl Meets Target

I've been dreaming of writing the super-cheesy-headline above for months. More than a year ago I first started working on some items for Target. It's been my little secret. But now they are finally in stores and I am so excited!These three journals were produced by Innovative Designs using my collaged artwork. The general look and feel is based off of my Paris collage sheets, but for these we added a couple of other iconic images to round out the line--The Leaning Tower of Pisa and the Arc de Triomphe. While the designs look fairly simple, there's actually about 40+ Photoshop layers in each postcard. In the Pisa journal, for example, I used scans from four different vintage handwriting samples to create just one line.Needless to say, I'm quite thrilled with how they turned out. I think the maps on the back may be my favorite part. The overall quality turned out great, too. Thanks all for letting me gush a bit.
